It is a product in its own right. You leave with a roadmap you own and can act on with us, with someone else, or on your own. It exists to replace guesswork with a clear, ranked plan before any build begins.

No. The Blueprint is optional. If you already know what you need, we go straight from the intro call to a proposal. The Blueprint is for when the path is not yet clear and you want a prioritised plan before committing.
It is a short, focused engagement, typically completed within one to two weeks of the kickoff, depending on how many parts of your business we are reviewing and how quickly we can access the information we need.
No. The Blueprint is a product in its own right. You keep the full plan and can act on it with us, with another team, or on your own. Most clients choose to build with us because we already understand their business, but there is no obligation.
AUD 799, fixed. No scope surprises: the fee is the fee, and if you go ahead with a build afterwards, the full 799 is credited toward it. Priced well below the cost of building the wrong thing.
